Sailing Excursions
Our Sailing Excursions are a great way to explore Blue Mesa, and get to experience, first hand, what sailing is all about. Excursions can be tailored to meet the needs of your group. Like to learn the basics? Help us raise and trim the sails, and take the helm. Or, just relax and enjoy the sail. As the water warms up in the summer, we often anchor in a deserted cove so that your group can swim. There is a wealth to explore on Blue Mesa, so why not join us for a Sailing Excursion this summer?

Testimonials
“We just wanted to let you know your sailing charter was the highlight of our vacation! Thanks for showing us the ropes and getting us started on this fabulous adventure. Can’t wait to book another trip. We’ll be sure to give you plenty of notice so you can arrange more terrific weather for us.“

“I was on a sailboat for the first time in my life yesterday, enjoying Zephyr’s fine lines and smooth handling. It was great! Maybe someday I’ll be a sailor and pilot a boat on the blue between Caribbean Islands, or head out into the Big Water where land disappears, the horizon is unbroken for three hundred and sixty degrees, and the sailfish dive deep, making the reel sing.”

“What a top notch operation in a beautiful setting. Captain Tim is a pleasure to be with. Be sure to book a trip with him as part of your Colorado vacation!”

“We recently had a family reunion camp out on Blue Mesa. Tim arranged for us to take two groups of six out for a sail. The family loved it! Many had never been on a sailboat before...most are now hooked. Tim has a quiet, friendly style and warmly welcomes guests on board as if they were his family. Thank you for helping us entertain the group Tim!”
